wiki over webdav

using hartmut and christian’s nifty HTTP_WebDAV_Server class and a little elbow grease, i was able to expose the contents of a phpwiki via webdav. it’s just a gross little hack right now (don’t ask for the code), but it is an interesting proof-of-concept.
