Jim Winstead Jr?

I live in downtown Los Angeles and was one of the owners of Raw Materials Art Supplies, an art supply store in downtown Los Angeles.

I am married to Celia and helped take care of Wonton.

I have long been involved in the open source / free software community, ever since getting started with using Linux in 1992. I went on to become a founding member of the PHP Group and an employee at MySQL. Being involved with release management, bug tracking systems, and mailing list administration were probably my most visible contributions. Scat POS is the open source web-based point of sale and ecommerce system that I created to run our store.

I also worked on educational/game projects with Knowledge Adventure, a brandable free website hosting services (HomePage.com), and created the blo.gs web service.
