one of the great things about in-n-out is their secret menu. double-meat, animal-style. i'd love to find the story behind the flying dutchman. i've never been in an in-n-out that wasn't busy.

the way I've heard it (and I'd rather perpetuate myths than research the truth), the flying dutchman burger was harry snyder's (the founder) favorite style and is therefore named after his ranch. and now that you mention it, I can't find word one on the internet...
