hmm, trying to figure out the music from that honda civic commercial (with the kid in the back seat rubbing up against his sister's friends, or something to that effect). apparently it might be pizzicato five, but haven't found the track yet. in any case, pizzicato five sounds cool. more music i have to buy.

stuff like this almost makes me feel guilty about living in la. time to go outside and enjoy today's awesome weather. (apparently it is going to be chilly again next weekend, though. all the way down to the high fifties!)

new design for the front page. same old content, basically, but made room for some log entries. (i'll be the first to point out that the picture isn't, strictly speaking, a monkey. it's an orangutan, which is an ape. deal.)
