the hype machine behind fox news channel is pretty impressive. this article is one of many comparisons of their coverage of the current situation with that of cnn, and the ratings. it's amazing to me how msnbc doesn't even merit a mention. (personally, i found the coverage by cnn and abc to be the best, but cnn is now absolutely unwatchable in the afternoon with its "talkback live" crap. fox news rarely catches my interest, and their graphic design just rubs me the wrong way. they certainly won the prize for tackiest musical/graphic "branding" for the current situation.)
