russell brown, downtown los angeles neighborhood council president, and don garza, the los angeles town crier, were strapped into seats on the front of this truck that careened down the street.
we talked to them after the parade, and it sounded like they had a lot of fun. but the driver didn’t warn them the first time they cut loose, so they were thrown around a bit more than they expected.
