i have to say that i'm disappointed in the longevity of the pair of shoes (vans) i bought just five months ago. the heels are wearing through. it may be time to look at a different brand for my next pair.

DC's are good. long lasting and comfortable.
Converse Chuck Taylor All Stars... takes almost whole year to wear them out!
Buy chucks they look cool, make ladies horny, and smell sweet when freashly opened!!!!
I love my vans, they last forever. I had a pair of airwalks and they lasted 6 months. Vans take a lickin... gimme a pair of vans and an MBS mountainboard any day.

yeah, vans have gone down-hill over the past few years. I switched to adidas. if I ever find a pair I like, sketchers and dc make some good, comfortable and stylish shoes. then again, there's the puma revolution...
