mark cuban (founder of broadcast.com, owner of the dallas mavericks, chairman of hdnet), besides being a bit of a goofball, is really right on the mark when he says to ignore hollywood. hollywood has a miserable track record when it comes to being able to see how much they benefit from technology.

uh, you lost me at "A BIT of a goofball". while I agree with what he's saying here, the truth remains he has a vested interest in defeating the hollings bill... and I hate the guy. that's all it really comes down to.
if there's any person in the business world I'd love to kick in the groin more than bill gates (or bill gross for that matter), it's mark cuban.
