there must be a comic-book geek reading this. if i wanted to unload a bunch of comics, what would be the best way? i've been poking around on comicspriceguide.com, and i get the distinct feeling there's a pretty sizeable chunk of change to be minted from these three boxes. those issues of the tick appear to be worth $80 on their own.

it does make me a little sad to think of selling these. on the other hand, they fall into the category of “things i would not want to have to deal with if i move,” which puts them on the chopping block.

Jim, though i would be hard pressed to part with any comics - If you can get your money back or more it might be worth while. The industry is currently in a slump so it might be worth waiting. No help on how to sell them though maybe ebay as a collection, I would definately avoid comic shops though - they'll pay you the least. =( it's a sad day when someone sells their books (even comic books)
