murder one finally ended its run on a&e. i'd seen most of the first season during the original run on abc, but none of the second season. i think the shift to following three cases in the second season (instead of just one, as in the first) was disappointing, but the last few episodes of the second season were amazing (a much stronger finish than the end of the first season). pruitt taylor vince is an incredible actor. his guest-actor emmy was well-deserved. keep an eye out for the show to run on a&e again. (currently it isn't scheduled, but i'd be surprised if it doesn't pop up again. they'll be playing crime story in that slot, so i bet they re-run murder one when they've played through the two seasons of that.)
