golly, i've been invited to join the republican presidential roundtable, for a mere five grand a year. i feel so honored.

my favorite part about the soda reviews at mr. cook is that there's absolutely no indication what the numbers on the various rating scales mean. i guess they're all five point scales, but who's to say? i only have this to say: bring back crystal pepsi. (and not that pseudo-sprite swill they eventually marketed under the "crystal...from the makers of pepsi" name. the original stuff.) mmm, invisible cola.

if you missed the premiere of samurai jack, do not miss the encore on saturday, august 11 at 7pm, or on sunday at 10am and 8pm on the cartoon network. i can't rave enough about this show. i will be sorely disappointed if the regular episodes don't live up to the premiere.
