someone has documented the various bits of mas*h that have resurfaced in aaron sorkin's shows (along with other similarities between sports night and the west wing). there's been a number of cast crossovers, too. i'll just be happy when sabrina lloyd resurfaces on the west wing or some other watchable show.
another article on how red bull supposedly fuels the dotcom world. is it any wonder that the "war on drugs" is failing when we actively market products for their caffeine (or substances inducing caffeine-like effects)? here's a clue: if you find yourself needing caffeine, sleep more. seventy-two hour coding binges are a complete waste of time. any manager that allows it is failing to do their job, and any company that pays for that sort of works likely gets what they deserve.
tom roper (who worked on (designed?) q*bert, karateka, e.t. and his adventures on land, choplifter, and other classics) answers some questions, in which he apparently shows his ignorance of how voice acting seems to work out pretty well in animation. (the main reason it sucks in a lot of games? bad direction. a good voice director has a chance of saving bad acting, but even a good actor can wilt under bad direction.)
but somehow the game industry is going strong anyway.
take the color quiz.
