my girlfriend celia and i managed to independently discover the 99¢ daffodils at trader joe’s that ruth at blogging.la discovered.

we grabbed about four bunches, and it turns out that one of them were the white flowers you see, in addition to the yellow daffodils.

i missed the little blurb about trader joe’s showing some interest in downtown los angeles in the latest los angeles downtown news. awesome! (picked up by l.a. observed.)
