portfolio tracking
one of the things that td waterhouse does not have that schwab does is an online portfolio performance tool. so i’ve been looking at the mac os x software out there to do the same, and am really not impressed.
the features i miss most (and even schwab missed most of this) are performance tracking that factors commissions and other fees into the purchase price (and expected gain/loss during a sale), and showing the performance of a holding taking into account any dividends (reinvested or not).
i wonder what happened to the version of the stock tool for watson that did portfolio stuff.
