here's a profile of lou gelfand, ombudsman for the minneapolis star tribune. his column is great. other papers are really missing out in not having an ombudsman.

michael yoon's alternate perspective on the demise of arsdigita is what i wanted after the initial insider reports came out. he recognizes the culpability of himself and the other pre-vc employees, and doesn't hide from his own mistakes. his oblivious sacred cow syndrome is a great observation.
