clay shirky has dropped another wise essay, this time about power laws, weblogs, and inequality. i should produce a graph based on the blo.gs most-watched list. it doesn't really follow a strict power-law distribution at the top end, but the drop off is quite steep. of the approximately 3,000 blogs being watched, about 2,000 of them are only being watched by one person. (out of about 72,000 possible blogs.)
