i started to turn my daily two mile walk into a walk/jog. (only about a quarter mile of jogging, so far.)

on a related note, i turned on the air conditioning today. i'm melting!

thanks to doc, i learned a new word today: sinecure. that's what i want for christmas.

i've gone old school. i'm running twm as my window manager. i'm really tempted to use perlwm. (i was using sawfish. there's nothing wrong with it, i just wanted to try something new.)

four californians and a non-profit organization filed suit today to confirm that they are colossal morons. really, you have to wonder if these people are smart enough to realize that the events in (non-documentary) movies aren't real.
