vipul's razor is a cool bit of spam-blocking software. i've got a few implementation quibbles, but i won't argue too much with a piece of software that has done the job of blocking approximately ten pieces of spam in two days.

it's pretty crazy that they're talking about major league baseball contraction when a three-year-old expansion team might just win the world series. it's odd to see the minnesota twins called "ailing" when they finished second in the american league central. (okay, i know they mean the twins aren't throwing off cash like the rest of the league. the rampant money-grubbing in professional sports is so ludicrous.)

a very cool set of christmas ornaments: characters from the classic rudolph television special. (they also sell a krusty the clown doll complete with evil/good switch. cool.)
