one thing that strikes me about dj danger mouse, of the grey album fame, is that he also ripped off his name from someone else. i’m just saying.
I like very much the idea of the Grey Album, but I can't get past the fact that Jay Z is the worst MC in mainstream hiphop and the Black Album is terrible. His monotonous bark leaves my ears numb.
If you're into the whole bootleg/mash-up/remix world of music, there's a ton of better stuff out there. boomselection is a good place to start.
And there's always the amazing things Z-Trip can do live. No Protools needed.
