as we start to look at contracting with a designer for our company website, i'm beginning to think that being on the issuing side of a “request for proposal” is the right side to be on. (and hopefully i can do this right so that folks on the proposing side actually provide the right info for us to make a decision more intelligent than “well, this one was cheap and their other sites look okay, i guess….”)
