from the washington post, via msnbc, a (flour) tortilla taste-test. i make my own. the secret is to not use too much flour. (i've taken to making my own bread, too, but haven't quite hit upon the secret there. probably because i still don't have a beefy $350 stand mixer. but i bet there's something to this not-too-much-flour thing.)

apple reported profitability again. good for them. my hypothetical investment is recovering nicely.
