the big drive on my server at home decided to die. sigh.

one of the thing lost in the great hard drive crash of today is the form i use to update this. so i'm just using phpmyadmin to insert things into the database. yeah, i guess a real man would just use the command-line mysql client. i did start hacking on phpmyadmin to remove all the stylistic markup and use a stylesheet instead, though.
